This Privacy Policy explains how Riisco LLC, doing business as Sirtune ("Sirtune", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit riisco.com, buy our products or contact us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of riisco.com and your purchases from Riisco LLC, doing business as Sirtune ("Sirtune", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Our products

• Sirtune products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
• Read the label before use and do not exceed the suggested use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
• Product images are for illustration. We try to display colors and details accurately, but the actual product may vary slightly.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes and shipping unless stated. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, your order renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account. The full details are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Promotions and creator codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. An offer that states an end date will be honored until that date. Creators and affiliates who promote Sirtune may receive a commission.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation or copying its content. All content on the website (logos, text, images, design) belongs to Sirtune or its licensors.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest and based on your own experience, and you allow us to display and use it in connection with our products.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirtune will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your state apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. For active subscriptions, see section 6 of the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

12. Text messages (SMS)

Joining. You can choose to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sirtune, such as offers and product news, by entering your mobile number on our website and tapping the button. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@riisco.com.

Who can join. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number you provide. Texts are sent to U.S. numbers only.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
